When the mountain is covered by a thick white mantle, the most fascinating way to discover Cardada Cimetta is certainly a snowshoe excursion. This activity represents an alternative and very suggestive way to explore the mountain and is easily feasible for everyone; the necessary equipment is minimal and no specific technical knowledge is required. For the more daring there’s the possibility to snowshoe to Cima della Trosa.

To meet everyone’s needs, Cardada offers three trails duly marked and divided according to the level of difficulty.

In addition, there’s the opportunity to rent the equipment at the cable car’s departure counters for only CHF 20.-- a day!

During the winter months, snow and weather permitting, suggestive moonlight excursions are organized with our expert guides.
